There are people who make custom action figures and they are artists. My favorite is Sillof. He has done a lot of excellent custome figures with my favorites being: Steampunk Star Wars - A New Hope, Steampunk Star Wars - Empire Strikes Back, Steampunk Star Wars - Return of the Jedi, The Victorian Avengers, the Gaslight Justice League and Star Wars 1942. Those are just my favorites, but all of his stuff is excellent. I just wish he had some spaceship designs to go with the Steampunk Star Wars or Star Wars 1942 series.
