Is FAMILY GUY coming back to Fox?
Over on her official website, actress Alex Borstein (who provides the voice of Lois the mother on FAMILY GUY) hints that a deal may be coming into place that will see the return of Seth McFarlane's animated sitcom back to prime time.
"Thanks to all of the fans out there, FAMILY GUY looks like it will be returning to primetime on FOX," writes the comedian on her website. "Because of your dedication to the show it will breathe again. DVD sales and high numbers on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim helped bring our favorite animated show back from the dead. Let's keep our fingers crossed!"
Back in September FAMILY GUY creator Seth McFarlane told Cinescape that the current plan was to create a FAMILY GUY direct-to-DVD movie but it's possible things may have changed.
