I am not looking forward to work monday.  They are making major changes at work and is going to mean a ton of calls.  Basicallly up to this point customers have used a ttc# (IE: ttc12345) as their username and had an alias that pointed to that ttc#.  On monday they are switching from people using the ttc#'s and having real usernames instead of the aliases.  Which means a lot of calls of people who need to change their usernames in the dial-up, email and DSL if they have DSL.  Fun.  

Last night I acctually got a call from a lady who thought it was already after the 23rd (Monday) and had tried to change her info.  So I had to walk her through changing everything back.

I didn't sleep well last night and am just very tired.  Just one of those pain in the ass things.  Just thought I'd share.

Firefly

Well tonight is the first episode of Firefly.  I'm very excited about this.  It's a new series by Joss Wheadon (Buffy, Angel) and it looks very interesting.
