I
am not looking forward to work monday. They are making major changes
at work and is going to mean a ton of calls. Basicallly up to this
point customers have used a ttc# (IE: ttc12345) as their username and had
an alias that pointed to that ttc#. On monday they are switching from
people using the ttc#'s and having real usernames instead of the aliases.
Which means a lot of calls of people who need to change their usernames
in the dial-up, email and DSL if they have DSL. Fun.
Last night I acctually got a call from a lady who thought it was already after the 23rd (Monday) and had tried to change her info. So I had to walk her through changing everything back.
