Yesterday I finally got my re-refund check for 2001 from the IRS. A very nice chunk of change. I decided I'm not going to spend it on any one large thing. I'm going to lessen a couple bills and buy a few things for myself, Buffy Season 4, Stargate Season 1, a couple RPG books and try to save the rest. If by september I still have the money and feel I need a TiVo I will look into getting one then. Currently I really don't need it since there is not much on TV that I am taping. ;)
Let's see. Yesterday I get home from work and lay down right away. I slept from 9am until about 11:30am. Then I was up until when I laid down at 7:30PM, woke up briefly about 10:30PM, back to sleep by 10:45PM. Finally woke up this morning at about 6am. So hopefully today I should feel well rested. :) Granted over the past few weeks I have been taking naps more and more, but I think thats because I'm in the house so much I just get bored and laid down and drift off.
At work they have implemented something new. When ever a tech puts a ticket in after having helped a customer s survey is sent out to the customer. It asks them some stuff like how well the tech answered the phone, how was their tech knowledge, how polite were they, did they break the information down well and stuff like that. Each question is done on a 1-5 scale. 1 being horrible and 5 being great. They started this monday of last week. Thursday they had a meeting about it, which I couldn't attend. Due to when it was started no information had been gathered about me. Granted I was kind of freaked out by the results I saw for the techs that have had surveys done. Some of the rudest techs there manage to have a 100% positive rating and some that are the nicest and most technically knowledgeable have rating in the area of 65-80. *sigh*
