Just got a call from my apartment manager. I'll be signing another years lease, but rent is going up another $10. Which is fine. Much better than trying to find a new place. :D Now maybe I'll start cleaning the place up, putting up shelves and such. Stop living out of boxes, be able to find stuff when I am looking for stuff and such. It'll be a nice change.
