So much for super cheap Macs being announced at Mac World. The first Intel Macs are a 17 for $1299 and 20 for $1699 inch iMac and a MacBook Pro for $1999.

Keep saving those pennies I guess.

So let's see... the video card on my PC has spontaniously restarted a number of times in the past month. The hard drives are making bad noises. So I guess at this point it's a matter of seeing whats going to die first. Not looking forward to having to replace any parts, since I really can't afford it. Hmmm. Oh well... something will come along I'm sure. I have to try and stay positive.

Thats what the 17 inch iMac I want would cost. One of the new Intel Macs. 1 GB of Memory and AppleCare. Otherwise everything would be left default. For another $75 (I think) I could go to wireless mouse and keyboard. Oh well. One day...
