Me and my ramblings

So I arrived at work and realized I forgot my card key (saying that makes me think of video games) and I realized I also didn't have my wallet either. Fortunatly I had three dollars in my backpack, so I was able to get something to drink and a snack. I did get let in to the office after 2 or 3 minutes of pounding on the door before someone realized I was out there. The other problem with having forgot my wallet at home is it has my username and password for the intranet at work. So I can't enter my hours for the week. Fortunatly this isn't a paycheck week, next week is. So I can enter my hours next weekend.

Last night I was given a new responsibility, preparing the DSL modems to be sent out. Of course I totally forgot about it and got bitched at through email by one of my supervisors. Someone did them today, so I don't have them to do tonight. Next weekend I should have more to do. Blech. Stupid annoying crap. Have to put all the paperwork in the boxes, setup the DSL modem with the customers username and password, make sure it can connect and then pack it in the box with a few other items. I also have to log it in the UPS book and put a tracking sticker on it. I just know I'm going to screw that up. Mostly because I'm a tad paranoid. ;)
