(no subject)

Over the last three to four days I have watched all of Season 1, 2 and 3 of Stargate: SG-1. I'm over half way finished with Season 4. Hopefully next paycheck I'll pick up Season 5. The paycheck after that hopefully will bring Season 6 into my possesion. I've been quite obsessed with Stargate lately. I'm already jonesing for the new season that doesn't start until July. I'm excited about both Season 8 of SG-1 and Season 1 of Atlantis. Hell I've even been checking out rumors on Gateworld and I never look for rumors and spoilers of upcoming shows. I'm not exactly what it is about Stargate that grabs me so, but it is truely my favorite series on TV. I also prefer the series over the movie any day of the week. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed the movie, but the series just works perfectly for me. Hell it's to the point that I'm trying to work up Stargate stuff for Unisystem so I can do some roleplaying in the SG-1 universe.

I have this strange idea of one of the Mars rovers finding a Stargate on Mars in the SG-1 universe. Not quite sure where I would want to go with the story line from there. Just a random thought I had that I am currently thinking on and hoping will bloom into something.
