(no subject)

Ugh.  Well yesterday was almost as bad as Monday at work.  Lots of left over issues to deal with from the mailserver switch.  Slowly, but surely we are getting people up and working.

One of the toughest things was being on the phone and handed callbacks by higher ups.  Some of these callbacks would need to be called at 7:00PM...  2 or 3 of them said callback at 7PM Sharp.  Handed to the same person.  I couldn't say anything to them because I was on the phone at the time.  *sigh*  Tonight looks to be the same.  I was "asked" to work Sunday.  Not certain exactly what time I have to work.  So I have to find that out today.  Not looking forward to working on Sunday.  The extra money will be nice, but I hate having to give up my sunday.

This also causes me not to be able to run the Buffy RPG that I run on Sunday mornings.  Which is a pain in the ass since it's only been running for a week or two.  The game is set at the University of Albany.  It's been a fun game so far.  Oh well I'm don rambling now.

Computers and Random Thoughts...

Well I'm thinking about computers again.  I'm thinking of taking the motherboard and CPU from my old from my old computer (since thats all thats left that is useable).  So I need to get a new micro-atx case, 256megs of memory, a 20 or 40gig hard drive, a CD drive and a floppy drive.  I'm aiming at putting together something that I can run Mandrake Linux on.  So if anyone reading this has any thoughts... I'd love to hear them. :)  Hopefully one of these days I'll pick something and stick with it. ;)  Thanks.
