Marvel is currently suing NCSoft (Creators of City of Heroes) due to the fact it is possible to duplicate the looks of their characters in the game. The story can be seen here: Marvel Suing City of Heroes from Cinescape.com and PVP Online touches on their thoughts on this subject.

To me this is just an example of a corporate bully picking on a smaller company. Boo Marvel. Granted this could just be someone who is a total CoH junkie and doesn't want to see anything bad happen. Thoughts?
