I think I have found the motherboard I want.  It's a Soltek SL-75DRV4 "PURPLE RAY" Motherboard.  I've spotted in ranging in price from like $85 to $150.  It's a nice motherboard with 5 PCI slots, an AGP slot, 3 DDR memory slots and supports up to the latest Athalon XP processors.  Best of all it's PURPLE!!!!  :)

Now I'll need to find a nice case with a window in the side.  I might end up putting together the celeron in the black case for my parents. :)  Then just hunt down a case, processor and such for myself...  Hmmmm.... :)
