Well
I have to work again today. I was really starting to enjoy working
only 3 days a week. Just wish I could make enough to live comfterable
on only 3 days a week worth of work. *sigh*
Let's see I started running a new Buffy RPG last night. It's set in the Wild West and in the small california town named Boca del Infierno. Basically Sunnydale before it became Sunnydale. ;) So far it started out ok and looks like it'll be a decent game. So currently I'm running two Buffy games. One on Sunday mornings/afternoons set in Albany and the Wild West one. With lots of ideas for other things set in the Buffyverse.
Lets see in the Wild West game the current cast of characters are a Gunslinger, a young Slayer, a Pastor, a Miner and a Chinese Watcher. The Gunslinger is the Slayers older brother and is very overly protective of her. The Slayer does not yet know she is a Slayer and has been the current Slayer for about six months. The council has been having trouble finding her. This one has just started and I haven't decided exactly who or what the big bad is. Although I do know it will be a demon of some kind and it will be trying to open the hellmouth.
In the Albany game we have a young Warlock, a Martial Artist and a Humanoid Robot disguised as a college student. The big bad in this one is the father of the Warlock (Brian). Brian's father was turned into a Vampire a few years back and he has been slowly driving Brian nuts over the years. Eventually there are going to be a group of Demon assassins after the Martial Artist because of his girlfriends family. The Humanoid Robot is a creation of the government and was designed after one of the scientists sons. One of the other scientists didn't approve of what he was going to be designed for (assassination and such) so she snuck him out and reprogrammed him. He now thinks he's a college student and doesn't know he is a robot.
One of my favorite ideas is a small squad of cops that have been tossed together to deal with the monsters. Not because the department beleives such things exists, but the members of this squad are all misfits or trouble makers. I'd dub them the Monster Squad. Basically it would be 4 or 5 cops and a civilian monster expert. Thats just the general idea.
I dunno. Lots of ideas running through my head, but I'm tryiing to keep them in check. I don't want them to give me any issues with the games I'm currently running. :) Well damn I've rambled alot about stuff most of you probably wont care about. So I suppose I'll shut up now.
