Wow my supervisor just asked me if I'd be interested in starting training on doing Corporate calls. Let me explain. Here there are two levels of support. There is the Reset side, reseting passwords on a variety of systems and reseting some printers. Then there is the Corporate side. They handle a very wide variety of issues ranging from basic PC trouble shooting to getting into very detailed issues with Office. Not sure when they want me to, but if this happens soon I'd be getting into training for Corporate before temps that started 3 weeks before I did. It's kind of scary and doesn't mean a pay increase. After going through the training and taking calls if I don't feel comfortable I'm pretty sure they'd be ok with me going back to resets.

On a related note... Just another hour and I can go home. Kind of annoyed with my new shift... My lunch is at 2:15, which is 15 minutes after a nearby chinese place stops serving their lunch specials. I'm thinking about asking if my lunch can be shifted by 30 minutes.

Done rambling now.
